A. We ship from our factory/ facility located in California LA, US. So, you can expect to receive your item/s within 5-7 business days of your purchase.

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. It will take usually between 2-4 business days.

Q. Where can I place an order from?

A. You can place an order from any country, we ship Worldwide.

Q. Is shipping really FREE?

A. Yes, shipping is Free in US on most items. On items to be shipped outside US, we will have a calculated shipping fee accordingly. 

Q. Where is your company located?

A. We are located in the beautiful country: India; Manufacturing and Supply warehouse is in the USA.

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We process all orders in ($)USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will CHECKOUT using USD at the most current exchange rate by default.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders via email. In case you miss on this then please let us know by dropping an email at support@povonio.com

A. We do not sell our customer’s information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts. We fully comply with GDPR guidelines on this matter.

Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?

A. For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 1 piece. There are no custom related challenges at present for US, Canada and European customers.
